In order to offer more and more performing solutions to its customers, Mevar has also implemented the tube laser cutting service. Different processes - cutting, milling, drilling - are grouped in a single machine that guarantees high quality in the finished product and speed in its realization.

In order to meet these parameters, we can rely on two high-performance latest generation machines:

Tube laser cutting U44 Mazak L=6000 mm, max Ø180 mm.
TruLaser Cell 5030 Trumpf L=3000 mm, max Ø200 mm.

Flexible technology for different types of cutting

Tube cutting is possible thanks to a flexible and precise technology that allows us to cut iron, aluminium, stainless steel, copper and brass tubes. It is possible to process round, square, rectangular and oval sections for countless applications, for lengths up to 6 meters or pieces of any size the customer needs.
