Mould maintenance

Each mould must be in perfect condition in order to guarantee an excellent production quality and to reduce the wear of the machines. Our task is to avoid technical problems and ensure a competitive and high-quality production.

Maintenance of Mevar moulds

In addition to the construction of moulds for cold sheet metal processing, in Mevar we take care of the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of our customers' moulds.

The moulds we use for our production and which remain in our warehouse are regularly checked through standardized processes. The regular maintenance of the moulds stored in our warehouse is completely free.

Maintenance or reconstruction of your moulds

At Mevar we also maintain moulds that we do not produce, with the same care we use for our own. Incorrect or too intensive use can wear or damage the moulds: in this case anomalies and malfunctions are resolved by our maintenance department in synergy with our technical office.

Time is the worst enemy: if you have old moulds, without drawings and with a minimum of working hours residue, we can reproduce them. Our metrological room will carry out all the measurements so that we can create a documentary archive and above all reproduce a new mould. This process will ensure the continuity of production of your items.
